acknowledge that all food is energy and
potential as I am energy and potential.
All food nourishes my spirit.
All food comes from interconnected
and unseen processes, human-made,
earth-made, and universe-made.
I am the result of an unbroken
chain of circumstances stretching
back through infinite time and
stretching forward to this moment.
I am the mystery of the
universe made flesh.
As I eat this food, I invoke myself as
the spirit and potential of all things.

Then eat and remember that you and the universe are inseparable.
