Spell: Healing Old Wounds

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

We may be carrying around some extra emotional baggage that is the result of being hurt by a family member, a close friend, or someone we trusted who betrayed our trust. The focus is not on those things we caused, but those things that were clearly caused by others.
These old wounds need to heal. Some wounds may never heal completely. Many people choose to seek professional help with these issues, and it is always recommended not to go this road alone.
It is not always our fault that these things happened, and forgiveness is not always the answer. In many cases, we can never forgive, and it should not be expected of us.
But we can forgive ourselves. In the end, we need to forgive ourselves. We need to put the past in the past and move forward with our lives. We cannot live in our mistakes. We are survivors, not victims.
