The waxing year and the waxing Moon make this the perfect time for reconnecting with your true energy; the energy of the universe. To do so, start by sitting in a meditative position. Then, say these words:

Land, sky, and sea,
I reconnect with the universal energy.

Now, quiet your mind and relax your body. Focus on every layer, one by one, that makes you an individual. Focus on your appearance, your personality, your profession, and so on. Allow these layers to melt away until you become pure energy. Feel your energy blend with the energies of the universe. Focus on having a renewed oneness with the universe, then slowly allow your layers to return to you. Offer daily affirmations that you are one with the universe and her energies.
