Here is an amulet to assist you in being successful in all you do, but especially in education, legal matters, and religious or spiritual callings. Perform this ritual when the Moon is in Sagittarius—before it moves into Capricorn at 6:09 p.m. EST. Here is what you will need:

• A whole nutmeg nut
• A nail or needle for carving
• A small red cloth bag with a drawstring top, or you can use a piece of red cloth 7 inches square and some string
• Personal identifying materials: hair, fingernail or toenail clippings, spit, blood, etc.
• Sage essential oil

Hold the nut in your right hand and say:

In far lake is an island. On that island is a mountain. On that mountain is a garden. In that garden is a silver tree. On that silver tree is a golden nut. I pick that nut and put it in my pocket.

Take the nail or needle and carve your initials (First, Middle, Last) onto the nutmeg nut. Then add it to your bag or place it on the cloth. Also add your personal identifying materials. Place three drops of sage essential oil onto the nutmeg nut. Tie the bag closed with three knots to the drawstring, or wrap the materials into a bundle and tie closed with string and three knots.

Don’t let anyone see your amulet. Carry it in your right pocket or in a purse or bag. Feed three drops of sage essential oil (dropped onto the outside of the bag) at every new and full moon.
