Today is a new moon, an excellent time for cleansing magic. If you wear ritual jewelry or use tools on a regular basis as part of your practice, you will want to cleanse them from time to time. These items are particularly sensitive to our energies, and we want to make sure they do not hold any residual negative energy when they are being used so it does not negatively impact our practice.

Gather the items that need cleansing and place them in a small basin. If the items are okay to soak in water, you can submerge them. If not, you can use incense to cleanse them. After choosing your method, focus and center yourself by concentrating on cleansing your tools. Say the following three times:
