For this spell you can use real pink cotton candy or you can imagine it. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and follow your breath. When you feel centered, open your palms facing each other, creating a sphere of energy between them. Imagine this sphere filled with the energies of love, acceptance, and friendship, with the energy looking like pink cotton candy. Feel it grow in your hands.

Move your hands apart, then spread your arms until they are fully extended. Turn the palms up, visualizing the energized cotton candy balanced on the palms. Open your eyes. Imagine the energy filling your room, your home, your block, your neighborhood (in a fun, positive way).

Release the energy and shake your hands to disengage it. Place your hands on the floor to ground and center.
