Carry this flame to the center of your home and let it burn as a beacon of hope for the future. Meditate on your own journey and let your soul unfold within your home in a spiritual act of meditation or mindfulness until the candle is safely extinguished.

Commit to volunteer where you are needed to support peace and civil rights and overcome ignorance and fear. If you light your own lamp from within in this way, then you will know peace with yourself and others.
