Spell: A Self-Love Spell to Begin the Day

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

After you have showered, had tea or coffee, performed yoga, or whatever your daily routine happens to be, stand in front of the bathroom mirror and look yourself in the eyes.

While it may feel uncomfortable at first, gazing into your own “windows to the soul” can be a very positive practice. Although it is natural for the mind to enter a judgmental place while practicing such an activity, you must stay focused on the beauty of your physical frame. Repeat these words:

Beauty above, beauty below,
beauty within, beauty without.

Slowly admire your facial features, from the texture of your skin to the shape of your eyebrows. Disallow your thoughts from entering a state of judgment. Bring your focus back to beauty.

Conclude by looking yourself in the eyes, admiring their perfect hue and depth. Repeat the words, smile, and know that you are beautiful on every level.
