If you've had trouble expressing your feelings to someone, or are feeling bottled up, draw an imaginary circle, clockwise with your left hand, around an area you are to dance in. Stand in the center of the circle and face east. Anoint yourself in the heart area with amber oil. Start by dancing slowly, feeling the music without expectation. Increase your speed gradually until you are dancing quite wildly. Continue until you can dance no more, then slow down a little bit at a time. Immediately write down the emotions you experienced.
