| The longest night of the year is almost here, and introspection is the theme of the season. At night, in a comfortable location, prepare yourself for a deep meditation. You will need a blue candle, some frankincense incense, and some tarot or other oracle cards you like to work with.
Set up your space by lighting the incense and candle, getting comfortable, and setting your intention for internal work. Lay the cards out before you, face down. Let your gaze wash over the cards until you find the one that calls to you. This is the card that you need to meditate on. It is talking to you about your inner self. What story does it tell you? What do you need to appreciate about yourself? What do you need to work on? Between the card you choose and your meditation, you should be able to find the answers. |
