Charge a piece of jewelry or a stone to create an amulet you can wear on a daily basis. Create a sacred space in which you can work. Connect to the warrior spirit and say:
"I charge this piece so that any attacks cease." Wear or carry the item daily, and connect to the intention when you feel attacked. |
