* 3 drops camphor oil * 5 drops tea tree oil * 9 drops angelica oil * 7 drops blue tansy oil * 3 drops heather oil Cover with an airtight lid and shake vigorously for thirty seconds. As you do so, imagine the spritely jigs and athletic rigors of your day, each magically being met with grace and ease. Apply the oil liberally to unbroken skin and massage in well. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not use on open cuts or wounds. For best results, store your Fighting Fit oil in the fridge and shake it vigorously before each use. |
