Some of us manage to stay healthy by eating our veggies. The rest of us would like to eat better. Really, we would! But with our busy schedules, it's hard to do more than invade the lunchroom at work (donuts, bagels, yummy!) and grab a fast-food lunch. And supper? In the car or in front of the TV, do we ever pay attention to what we're putting in our bodies?
Like Mother always said, "Take your vitamins." Here's an invocation to utter as you're swallowing that handful of health-giving supplements: "Jolly vitamins A, B, C, Helpful D and all the rest, Probiotics, min'rals, supplements, Let's start my day the healthiest. Daily multi, you go down with Coke or water Or something just a little stronger. No more cold pizza, nothing fraughter. Help me live happier and longer!" |
