| This Full Moon (at 8 degrees of Cancer) is also an eclipse, conjunct Jupiter and opposite Venus-meaning this is a period of good times, social interaction, and possible overindulgence. Cancer is the sign of the Great Mother-nurturing, security-seeking, emotional, moody, imaginative, and empathic. The holiday blues should be nonexistent now. Light a white or silver candle and use this Moon to do some scrying. Traditionally, you use a bowl of water with the Full Moon reflected in it, but you can use the reflection of a candle flame instead. Let your thoughts drift as you gaze at the light, and see what images you get. Write them down and think about they mean for you. Think about a person or problem and try again.
