Spell: To Rid Oneself of Harm

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This spell should be cast during a waning moon. It is designed to cleanse you of any astral and spiritual imbalances and any psychic harm sent your way.
Take a cleansing bath in salted water. If desired, this spell can be cast while still in the bath. Close your eyes, relax, and go into a meditation. Visualize yourself breathing in brilliant white light flecked with gold. See this light cleansing your spirit and strengthening your aura. When you feel strong and ready, chant this spell:

"Drive away all harm this night.
Dissolve discomfort, unrest, dis-ease.
Golden power, shining light,
Through your magic, I am freed."

If you have cast this spell in a cleansing bath, drain the tub and rinse yourself off with pure water from the shower to wash away any psychic residue.
