You will need modeling clay (the type that air-dries) and peppermint oil. Burn a small amount of oil in a diffuser while you sculpt the clay, working it carefully in your hands until warm. It does not matter what you create as long as you focus on the connection between your hands (you) and the clay (your creativity). When you are happy with what you have made, allow the clay to harden. Once set, paint the surface with the oil to seal in the creativity for the year. |
