On a rainy day in April, look out your window. Note as many details as you can. How hard is it raining? Is it dark? Windy? What colors can you see? Now open your front door, standing in the threshold. Imagine how it will feel to walk into this rain. Cold? Exhilarating? What does it smell like? Open your senses and let the weather's power affect you; feel how it changes from moment to moment. As you go through your day, note how your mood and physical energy shift, and note how the weather changes, too. The goal is to try to attune with the weather, to see how it affects your body and psyche.
