Work on clearing your throat chakra. Check to see if it is blocked. Do this by closing your eyes and taking a "look" inward at your throat chakra. It should be a nice royal blue color. If it is not a rich blue, but instead pale, visualize the color deepening and becoming rich and vibrant. Concentrate on that till it appears corrected in your mind's eye. Our choice of words always says volumes about who we are and how we consider ourselves and each other. Improve your vocabulary by learning a new word each week. Use it in a sentence daily and try to include it appropriately in casual conversation. You will be surprised at how much you can learn, and how much it will speak about your sincerity. |
