| Do you have a piece of clothing that you dearly love, but it's become unwearable? Want to keep the memories and good vibes? Here's how.
You need an item of new clothing similar to the old one, for example, a new sweater for an old one. Put on the new clothing, then, if possible, put the old clothing over it, sandwiching the new one between the old and yourself. Wear it, and recall your feelings for the clothing. If you can't put the old clothing on over the new, find some way to wrap it around your body. A sweater or shirt can be draped over the shoulders; a pair of pants can be tied around your waist by the legs. For shoes, wear one of the old ones on one foot, and one of the new ones on the other, then, swap them around. This will capture some of the aura of the old item. |
