To encourage psychic dreaming, sew a small pillow and stuff with mugwort, lavender buds, rose petals, and a few drops of rose oil. Place under your regular pillow, and brew a tea of chamomile with a pinch of powdered cinnamon and thyme, flavored with honey if you choose. Put paper and pen beside your bed; sip the tea, and repeat three times: "Herbs of magic, herbs of peace, bring dreams of mystic sight. When I wake, bring memory, wisdom, truth, and light." On awakening in the morning, pause a few moments to recall your dream. Write down what you remember. Rereading later often brings insights not immediately clear to you on wakening. You are the best interpreter of your own dreams. |
