If there's a specific area you'd like to work on, visualize it. Perhaps you seek endurance for athletics or the energy to begin a new project. If you're headed back to school, this is a good time to energize yourself for the stamina students need. Collect the following: a leaf and twig (any kind found lying on the ground will do), a stone that represents sunlight or energy (such as pyrite, citrine quartz, or amber), and any flower of your choice. Wrap these items in a small drawstring bag or tie them into a bundle of white, yellow, or gold fabric and ribbon. Place the amulet in a sunny area if possible. Recite the following: Leaf and twig, stone and flower, Increase my inner strength and power. Warm my body, soul, and mind, Help my spirit rise and shine. |
