Spell: Solve a Mystery Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Red
Incense of the day: Bayberry

Today is the birthday of fictional master sleuth Sherlock Holmes. To solve your own mystery, find a ball of string, a pencil, and paper. Create a circle to work in by sweeping a broom while walking clockwise. While sweeping, think about a mystery you want to come to light. Put the broom down and clear your mind. Place the pencil through the ball of string (if possible) and hold it out above the paper. Unravel the string down onto the paper as you chant three times:

Mystery, mystery, unravel like string, seek the answers that you bring.
Clues come fast like falling snow. Mystery, mystery time to show.

Unravel until the string is on the paper. Put the pencil tip to paper and allow it to roam, automatic-writing style. Leave for 24 hours. The mystery should be solved, or the clue you need shown in the design of the string or the pencil marks.
