Incense of the day: Basil When you feel a cold or a flu coming on, in addition to what your doctor has suggested, you can focus-through meditation-on having your body produce little "warriors" that travel through your body attacking the nasty little germs or viruses. The meditation is based on using your body's own antibody system, but encouraging it to produce more and directing it to attack the invading germs or viruses at this time. Do this meditation as early in your illness as you can to help lessen the impact of the cold or flu. This is a good companion therapy to any herbal or medical treatments you may be undertaking. |
