Spell: Playful Meditation Wave Tube

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Lavender
Incense of the day: Ginger

To make a meditation wave tube, you will need a clear, thin bottle with a secure lid, some baby or
vegetable oil, some food coloring, and some water. Make this simple tool for whenever you need a little distracting, calming energy drawn to you. Fill your bottle two-thirds full with the oil, then top it off with water. A test tube is ideal for this, but a twenty-ounce water or soda bottle will also work. Add twelve to twenty drops of food coloring, close the lid, and shake well to mix. To use, simply tilt the bottle gently back and forth, sending the waves of color rolling. Or, shake it like crazy and watch the light reflect off the smaller beads of water suspended in the oil. For a special touch, add a pinch or two of fine glitter before you seal the bottle.
