Spell: Seven-Flower Health Bath Ritual

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Cinnamon

This Southeast Asian multipurpose bath recipe ensures smooth transitions as a person recovers from an affliction. The ingredients are seven different flowers of seven different colors, a handful of lime leaves, and two tablespoons of sea salt. Epsom salt may be substituted for sea salt. While a bath is running, put the flowers, lime leaves, and salt into the water. When ready, get into the bathtub for a good soak and scrub. Before getting out of the bath, use a bowl to pour water over the head seven times. Rinse off the flowers and leaves, towel dry, and dress in fresh clothing. This bath also purifies the seven psychic centers of the soul. For those severing old ties, this bath assists with integration into new directions.
