3 cups cooked long grain rice
6 Tbls. extra olive oil
Juice of one lemon
4 green onions, sliced
1 Tbl. each: fresh mint, parsley, and dill, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle the hot rice with the oil and lemon juice. Toss the rice with the onions, herbs and almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste. As you stir your ingredients clockwise, visualize your heart's intentions. Serve this dish warm with a garnish of grape leaves, if you desire. Blessed be prosperity.
