In the Fall when I was a child, I remember walking past the stately old homes in my neighborhood. Above them towered ancient maple trees, blazing with color. Back then I did not realize that the maple was significant in magic. Ruled by Jupiter, maple leaves are appropriate to use in prosperity magic. To work this beautiful spell, collect three colored maple leaves of different colors-yellow, red, and gold. Upon each, using a marker, draw wealth symbols such as dollar signs, Sun shapes, or the rune feoh (f), and speak this charm:

Leaves of magic,
Leaves of maple,
Yellow, red, and gold-
Bring to me wealth to hold.
To release the spell, place the leaves on the ground near your home. Let the autumn wind carry them, and your wish, to the divine.
