The planet is a living organism. To send your protective energies out to the environment, decorate your altar with a green cloth, plants, and tree branches today. Burn a green candle that has been anointed with myrrh and vetiver. Center yourself, and know that each of us is connected to every animal and plant and stone on this planet. Imagine Mother Gaia whole and healed. Breathe in the green scent from the candle, and consider what you could do this day to promote the health of Mother Earth; any little thing will help.
