Spell: Automatic Writing for Self-Love

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today is Friday, the day of the week that is associated with Venus and corresponds with love of all kinds. Let’s take a journey down the road of self-love and appreciation and do some automatic writing with that in mind.

Put on some good music (maybe the Cure’s “Friday I’m in Love”), dress up in something that makes you feel good, and perhaps even light some scented candles to set the mood. When you feel comfortable and relaxed, connect with the meaning of self-love and get inspired to let go of any inhibitions. Pull out your journal or a piece of paper and just let the divine inspiration flow. Don’t worry too much about being coherent. The point of this exercise is just to write down whatever comes to you.

And remember this is about you. You are writing down what you love and appreciate about yourself. When you’re finished, read the entry and allow yourself to shine in how you are seen through the eyes of the divine.
