Spell: Calm Over Chaos Bottle Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With the moon in Cancer today, you have a greater connection with your emotions. This bottle spell takes advantage of that energy to help you rise above chaotic feelings and choose calmness (when it’s appropriate).

You will need a bottle with a cap, a marker, some moon water, an amethyst, some copal, some lavender oil, and some hops. Set the bottle on your altar. Write “Calm” on the bottle, and add the ingredients one at a time. For each one, say:

May this help me choose

calm over chaos.

When you’ve added all of the ingredients, cap the bottle. Tip it gently from side to side while feeling your inner calmness. Once you’ve felt that, shake the bottle roughly. Can you still find your inner calm even when the waters are turbulent? Sometimes you have a choice, even in chaotic circumstances. Whenever you want to choose your emotions more wisely, shake the bottle and find your inner calm.
