Banishing is a powerful way to rid yourself of something that’s troubling you. It could be a bad habit, an unhealthy relationship, or any other situation that is causing you pain. You’ll need a photo of the person, or simply write on a piece of paper the problem you wish to be rid of. Burn the paper in a heatproof dish. As it burns, chant these words three times: Out of my life, out of my way, Visualize yourself being free of the troublesome situation. Feel how light you are. See yourself being at peace. Soak the ashes in water and then bury them or let the wind blow them away. |
