Spell: Waning Gibbous Moon Purging Ritual

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The waning gibbous moon is a fascinating lunar phase. During this time, the moon is only partially illuminated, as it’s decreasing in size. Here are some things to do as the moon gets smaller:

* Reduce some unwanted characteristics and habits.
* Learn to become more attentive.
* Dedicate more energy to positive intentions.
* Relinquish or delegate tasks.
* Reduce stress and aggravation.
* Shun bad vibes.

On a piece of paper, make a list of what you want to change in your life. On a separate sheet of paper, write down how you will go about making those changes.

Take the first paper outside at dusk. Dig a shallow space in the earth. Say:

Under the diminishing light of
Luna, I submit to change.

Bury the first sheet of paper (containing the things you want to change) and say:

My habits, obligations, life, dear Luna,
I leave it all to you to rearrange.
Your power is in your ability
to evolve, and so is mine.
Please help me with my
changes, line by line.

Fold the second sheet up tightly and place it beneath your pillow.
