April rain can also cleanse and charge scrying tools such as magic mirrors or crystal balls. To do this, select a rainy April morning. Place your scrying tool outside in a safe place, such as in a window box or beneath a shrub. Let it stay out for about an hour, then bring it in and, if needed, rinse it quickly in water. Dry it with a clean white cotton towel. Then hold your scrying tool and say:
