Spell: Self-Esteem Bath Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Start this spell by writing down the things that bother you about yourself. Follow this up by drawing a bath. As the water runs, add some cleansing essential oils to the bathwater (suggested oils: sandalwood, jasmine, ylang-ylang, and clary sage), along with some rose petals for selflove. Pour yourself a glass of wine, if desired, and play some of your favorite music in the background.

As you settle into the tub, relax and feel the negative feelings you have about yourself being washed away by the bathwater. Before getting out of the tub, make sure you’ve washed away everything on your list.

When you feel cleansed, emerge from the water and look into your bathroom mirror. View yourself free of the things that previously bothered you, saying:

This is how I and others will see me.
As I will it, so shall it be!
