C oconut oil has recently experienced an upsurge in popularity, especially in skin care. When applied to the face, it has antimicrobial properties and is said to cleanse the pores. Magically, coconut is associated with purification and protection, which makes it perfect for use as a practical beauty product and a magical ointment all in one.

Place some coconut oil in a special jar, along with a piece of quartz crystal. Quartz crystal is both purifying and empowering. On the outside of the jar, paint a symbol for spiritual purification, such as an outline of a drop of water. If possible, leave your tightly lidded jar outside during a rain shower to empower it with purification energy. If this isn’t possible, hold the jar under running tap water to imbue it with water’s ability to vanquish negativity.
