| On this day, we honor all the warriors who have served our countries and kept us safe from harm.
We probably have family and/or friends who have served in the armed forces, and we should thank them for the work they have done on our behalf. Give them a hug, thank them for their service, and make it clear that you support their efforts and their service. Ask your gods to bless them for their service. What makes our US veterans special is they choose to serve, so they should be supported in every way. Take some time today to write to your government representatives and tell them to be sure to keep veterans benefits from being cut. Tell them that veterans deserve even more. What price can you put on our safety and security? Veterans would have aid the ultimate price if needed. We should do the same for them. |
