| Infused with magical intent, objects made from a series of carefully executed folds-origami-can become talismans for change, protection, love, or whatever you intend them to be. Perform an origami heart spell to inspire or strengthen love. On a square piece of red or pink paper, write this incantation three times:
"Love, come to me." Fold the paper into a heart shape, repeating the incantation as you work. There are many methods of folding hearts; use your favorite reference to find one that you can execute with ease (such as www.origami-instructions.com/easy-origami-heart.html). Carry the heart with you and be open to receiving love. When love finds you, burn the heart in a ritual fire of gratitude. If you are already part of a couple, do this ritual together. Make two hearts. Write your names on the origami sheets before folding them, then exchange them with your partner for safekeeping. |
