LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: The Road Thus Far

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It is three weeks into the new year. Take a moment to meditate and review how this time of new beginnings is working out for you. Get into a comfortable position and place a dab of diluted frankincense oil on your third eye. Use deep, even breathing to enter into a meditative state. Focus on the last three weeks, and think about the following questions:
What has been going well for you? What areas of your life need more work? What do you find motivates you? What concerns do you have? Where do you see yourself six months from now? A year from now? Focus on achieving your goals (even if things haven't been going great). Acknowledge any setbacks or interruptions and then move on. Visualize your goals being achieved. How do you feel? How have you changed by achieving these goals? Be the changes. Focus only on the positive and see yourself as if all your goals have already been accomplished.
