Spell: Break the Ice Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

To cleanse your space or to break a habit, try this spell. You'll need a piece of paper, a blue ink pen, and a one-quart freezer bag. Begin by writing your problem or habit on the paper. Then place the paper in the freezer bag and add enough water to cover the paper. Put the bag in the freezer.
After the water has frozen, lay the bag on the kitchen counter. Using a rolling pin or hammer, hit the bag to break up the ice. Imagine your problem breaking up as you break the ice. After you've broken the ice, let it melt in the bag. Once the ice is melted, pour out the water and paper onto the ground or a compost pile. Bury the paper if you wish and walk away. Your problem will begin to fade.
