Spell: Caroling

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Caroling has always been a traditional Yuliday activity-but how long has it been since you actually went caroling? Combine singing and winter ritual with a Yule caroling party. Choose carols with Pagan-style lyrics, or rewrite your own lyrics. Invite guests to gather early to work through the songs. Before leaving, circle together and ask everyone to share their holiday season wishes or intentions. Then head out to sing! As you walk and then sing, be aware of the rising energy-feel the joy and let it spill from you.
Upon returning home, circle up again, and share reflections on the caroling experience. Hold hands, sing a final quiet song together, and pause for a silent moment as the energy settles. Conclude your Yuletide ritual with cakes and ale of your choice. Happy holidays!
