One of the most popular tokens of autumn, Indian corn is a very good spell ingredient to use for attracting prosperity, protection, or general good luck. This spell helps attract and keep good luck.
You'll need one ear of Indian corn with the husk, yellow or lightblue yarn, and a piece of yellow or orange fabric. For a moment, handle the corn. Look at its colors, and silently give thanks to the indigenous people of the Americas who developed corn, the mother of all grains. Next, fold the husk down over the corn, and begin to wrap the yarn around the husk. As you wrap the yarn, feel good luck being drawn to you. Keep wrapping the yarn as you speak this charm: "Seed of all seeds, Giver of life, Bring me all I will need." Tie the ends of the yarn together, and wrap the corn in the fabric. |
