Color of the day: Red Incense of the day: Ginger Apples are said to be the fruit of love. While they are in season, show someone special how much you care about them by performing this spell. Follow the instructions in the following verse. Save the seeds for a future spell. When the wild geese begin to fly, And the autumn wind begins to sigh, After the grasses in the field begin to brown, Go to an orchard where apples may still be found. Pick an apple which is fiery red. This you'll serve to the one who turns your head. Breathe upon it, and hold it to your heart, Whisper, "You and I shall never part." On a night when the Moon rides high and the wind is still, Place your enchanted fruit upon a windowsill. On the following eve, slice it and serve it to your special one, And tell them, "You are my Star, you are my Moon, you are my Sun." |
