Incense of the day: Clove Gather several small items made of iron and place them around you in a circle. Sit in the middle of the circle on a red cloth. Light a red candle and use this as a focal point. Clear your mind, watch the flame, and say: Iron strong encircles me, Flame of red strong it be. Exhaustion fade by light of Sun, I awake renewed! My will be done! Gather the items in the cloth and blow out the candle. Wrap the items and seal the bundle with red wax. Place the bundle beneath your bed and the candle on your altar. Drink a glass of red wine or eat some iron-rich food before going to bed. You will awake invigorated and ready for your day. |
