Energy flows where attention goes. If you worry about a potential health problem, you should give it more energy. You can do this by taking any anxious energy you may have and converting it to wholeness and wellness energy. On a piece of paper, draw a black-and-white sketch that represents the potential health problem. Place this paper inside a box, and place the box on your altar. Take a different piece of paper and crayons or colored pencils. Draw a picture that represents your body as whole and healthy. Make it vibrant with color. Place this picture on the top of your altar or hang it on the wall over your altar so you can see it every day. |
