If you seek divine inspiration or guidance on this day, scatter candles liberally, but safely, around a room. Half-fill a small cauldron or large bowl with water and add some floating candles. Now light all of the candles, leaving the floating ones for last. Ground and center yourself, calling on a particular deity if you so wish. When you feel ready, gaze into the bottom of the cauldron, focusing, yet not focusing, on the flames and the motion of the water. Spend some time afterward meditating upon the vision you receive.
