Citrus Salt Scrub

We are almost halfway through the year. Yay, we made it this far! As we prepare ourselves to keep moving forward, now is a good time to do some cleansing of our body and our senses. Use this citrus salt scrub as a way to get rid of any unwanted energies from the first half of the year and to make way for any new upcoming opportunities. You will need the following:

  • ½ cup fine sea salt (for protection)
  • ½ cup carrier oil of your choice
  • 10 drops orange essential oil (for clearing energy and bringing happiness)
  • A small glass jar with a lid

Mix the ingredients together in the jar and use in the bath or shower initially to create new energy to welcome in the second half of the year. Use the rest whenever you feel like you need a pick-me-up.
