Spell for a Broken Heart

Color of the day:  White
Incense of the day:  Lilac

Goldenrod, a common plant that grows wild in many areas, is also called woundwort due to its healing properties. It makes sense that a plant with so much healing power can also help mend a broken heart.

Materials:

A small heart-shaped container

Enough goldenrod flowers to fill the container

A blue cloth

Pack the container with goldenrod, noting that the empty heart is now filled with warmth and healing yellow flowers. Say:

Goldenrod flowers, heal the

cracks in my broken heart.

Woundwort, fill my heart with vitality.

Wrap the heart in the blue cloth and keep it under your bed or pillow. If you are allergic to goldenrod, you can place the charm safely outdoors. Once you begin to feel better, dispose of the goldenrod and reuse the materials if you wish.
