Write your name on the center of a white piece of paper. Around your name, write about the people and situations that need to go in as much detail as possible. Fill the whole sheet with everything that is bothering you. Next, anoint a pair of scissors with lemon, orange, tea tree, or eucalyptus oil and say:

In the name of all that is true,
I cut my ties to you!

Now cut out your name from the center of the paper. Carefully burn the remaining pieces in a cauldron, fireplace, or bonfire to banish their influence. Put the piece with your name on it in your book of shadows.
