POSTED UNDER Earth, Passion

Fire Powder

Color of the day:  Lavender
Incense of the day:  Hyssop

In a fireproof bowl or container, mix together one teaspoon each of powdered cinnamon, powdered cayenne pepper, and ground ginger. These are all spicy, hot herbs associated with the fire element’s realm of passion, excitement, and vitality. Charge the powder with these transformative energies by warming it over the flame of a candle or bonfire in the fireproof container. Let the power of the fire permeate the herbs.

To boost the energy of a slow or stagnant situation in your life, shake some of the herb mix onto the earth and command, Wake up! Then stomp on it three times, hard. The energy of the herbs, your voice, your intent, and the stomp of your foot will shake up the circumstances and get things moving.

( This powder is hot, so don’t get it in your eyes or mouth because it will burn!)
