Elder Wisdom Spell

To bring into your life and thoughts the wisdom of the men who have come before you, prepare an incense of three parts sage, one part heather, and one part sandalwood. Meditate over the incense while you imagine that the men of your lineage are imparting to you their most precious wisdom. Don't try to sort out the mental images right now, but write down impressions for later. When finished, make an offering to your male forbears of a gold coin or piece of jade.
